Prep time: 5 min 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk 1/2 cup of filtered water or coconut water Handful of spinach 1 cup of frozen strawberries & blueberries 1 frozen banana 1/2 cucumber peeled All ingredients are organic* This is the best way to sneak spinach into your babies, toddlers, or kids diet.
