Whether building a brand from the foundation or recalibrating an existing one, each advisory is strategic, highly personalized, and grounded in real industry standards. Cancellation Policy
All bookings, assessments, coaching sessions, programs, and runway services are nonrefundable. Payment reserves a specific date and time on THE MODEL MENTOR® calendar and that time is no longer available to other clients. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes in circumstances, agency placement, or if services are no longer needed. Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Payments may be transferred to an approved rescheduled appointment but are nonrefundable.
