Gluten-free veggie pizza

#meatlessmonday Guilt-free, Gluten-free, Fat-free, Bread-free, Vegan cauliflower pizza crust made with sautéed veggies... mushrooms, onion, asparagus, and zucchini. This pizza was super easy to make and low in calories. The cauliflower crust has no fat, is only 17 grams of carbs, and very little calories.  

The cauliflower crust is from Trader Joe's 

Sautée veggies in a pan until tender. I a small amount of olive oil as well as red pepper flakes and black pepper. 

The veggies I used to make my topping: asparagus, onion, mushrooms, and zucchini 

Use an organic based tomato sauce or Mariana before adding your toppings 

I followed the TJ's directions for baking the crust before adding the toppings. Baked at 450F for 12 min on both sides. Then added the sauce and toppings and cooked on broil for 3 more min. 

Highly recommend this lowfat, yummy, and spicy vegan meal.
